Lucille Adelia Delcamp, 97 years old of Absolut of Westfield, New York passed away after a short illness, Thursday, February 25, 2016 at St Vincents Hospital in Erie Pa.

She was born in Portland, New York on  January 30, 1919 to the late Rudolph  and Josephine Barber Genske. She was a lifetime resident of this area. Lucille was a graduate of  Fredonia Normal School of Fredonia, New York and was a retired cook at SUNY Fredonia in Fredonia, New York.  In her life she loved gardening and canning many different types of foods.

She is survived by four sons Rod (Marion) Delcamp of Brocton, New York, James Delcamp, Wayne Delcamp and Jackie Delcamp, eight grandchildren;  Dale Delcamp, Dennis W Delcamp, Daniel (Lisa )Delcamp, Dena(David) Brown, Debra (Charles) Dillenburg, Dennis (Kristen) Delcamp, Brian Delcamp and John Delcamp.and twelve great grandchildren: Marissa, Shanelle, Dallas, Zachary, Jesse, Emily, Bradley, Nash, Greyson, Mia Delcamp, Todd Gugino and Taylor Gugino, one brother Donald Genske of Jamestown New York and several nieces and nephews.  Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband Archibald who passed away March 15, 1994 and one son Dennis Lee Delcamp, five sisters Mildred Corell, Dorothy Bowman, Emma Rapp and Marion Louise and Wilhemina Murphy, two brothers Theodore and James Genske

A Memorial Funeral Ceremony for family and close friends will take place on Monday February 29 at 11 am from the Morse Funeral Home in Brocton, New York. Burial will be in Portland Evergreen Cemetery. There will be no prior visitation.
